"I went to get a quote in August for shower doors. I met with Katie and she was helpful with giving me some ideas and quoted me pricing for sliding doors and hinged doors in oil rubbed bronze. I did my part in shopping for 2 other quotes but the quality, professionalism and flexibility was beyond any other company. Even though they are a bit pricier than other companies it is well worth it for the quality you receive. Upon installation, the gentlemen that came were prompt and courteous. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
