They coordinated the effort with Columbia Gas, then installed the generator. The workers were wonderful! They were friendly, knowledgeable, kept us informed of progress, and discussed the various installation options with us before doing the work. They clearly enjoyed the work - judging by the laughter and occasional singing we heard. And, they even laughed at some of my jokes! ?"

"The electrical work went well. It was the mess left in my yard that I have a problem with. Also did not caulk around the conduit allowing space for rodents to get in. I have reached out to them several times and have not received a response. They came out as scheduled but it had been raining and they brought out a oversized machine to dig the trench and left my yard a horrible mess. Being new to the neighborhood and not receiving any help from A & J electric I did my best to repair the damage myself and requested compensation to recoup some of the money it cost me and I have been ignored and left hanging with a huge mess. I would not recommend this company unless you can afford to clean up after them."
