Dave and helper arrived at 9:00 am and took out the old window (I broke one of the small old ones because it landed on my finger) and replaced the picture window, two small windows next to the picture. "From beginning to end, it was a great experience -- surprisingly great, in fact.  Our garage was getting old, and we were trying to figure out what do do about it.  We invited Mr. Harris out to our house and -- surprise # 1 -- he seemed far more interested in helping us figure out what actually needed to be done than in talking us into hiring him.  We agreed that the roof needed replacing, but -- surprise # 2 -- he didn't want a materials deposit until he could give us a firm start date.  He estimated that he could get to it in about four weeks but -- surprise # 3 -- actually got to it much earlier than that.  He gave us a start date and -- surprise # 4 -- the crew showed up and did the work on the promised day.  And the roof looks just terrific -- which, after surprises 1-4 -- really wasn't a surprise at all!  We've already hired him for a number of other projects and can't say enough good about his work & his service!!!!!!"

"It was great. Royal Roofing came in with the low quote of three that I got. We have a big roof with multiple ridges and hips. We also have a large chimney and two skylights. We have had two major thunderstorms since then and no leaks. Also, we had solar panels on the roof that were taken off for there job to be done. When the panels were put back up one of the workers asked who did the roof because he was so impressed with the job that they did."

"I have recently used ASG twice.  Initially, they resolved problem that occurred with a corner section where rain water spilled over my old gutters into a newly dug basement bedroom egress and flooded our basement,  ASG prevented this expensive accident from recurring by quickly designing and installing a new gutter system, that catches all the water and diverts it well away from the house through a pipe they ran under my deck.  The solution worked perfectly.  A few months later I hired them to replace and cover the rest of all my old gutters, and they completed the job very quickly and very well.  These folks do a good job.
