After an 8-month project with Owner, Greg Cutler and his Team, we are very pleased with the results of our extensive home renovation. First and foremost, what stands out is their commitment to customer satisfaction. In a project of our size, hundreds of details had to be addressed. If we were not completely satisfied at first, The AmeriCraft Team returned time and time again to correct anything we requested. This speaks to the high quality of their work. The finished product is beautiful, from new finished wood and tile floors, to carpentry, to innovative electrical outlet placement, to custom appliance installation, to clean finishes throughout, AmeriCraft did the job professionally. They took the initiative to ensure our 100% complete satisfaction. Everyone on their team has a great attitude and is naturally friendly. We especially appreciated their kitchen and bath designer, Jennifer, who was tireless in her efforts to help us find the perfect fixtures. Her relentless research on our behalf and dedication to our happiness never waned, even after several twists and turns along the process. STRENGTHS Quality of product Attitude of staff Continuous communication from Project Manager, Vinnie Early, on-time arrivals each workday One year Customer Satisfaction Warranty on all work ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT Invoicing and statements unclear and required repeated explanation Delays in obtaining materials and coordinating workers stretched our project out by about 2 months Timeliness to receive quotes/revisions to contract Misunderstanding over paint manufacturer and color matching for walls Subcontracted plumber(s) did not have the AmeriCraft “can-do” friendly attitude. Prefer not work with them again. The bottom line is that we have enough confidence in AmeriCraft that we are now in discussions with them to renovate some more areas of our home, specifically an additional bathroom and basement renovation. Overall grade: 85-90%"
