With all the shingles that would need to be replaced, in the worst case, we were looking at ~$1,000. I gave him the go-ahead. Two days later the repair guy, Bobby, called me and set up an appointment. Only the weather delayed the work from being done the same week. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and after taking off some siding to better understand the issue gave me the news. There was a drainage issue, the damage was minimal, and the fix required no new shingles. He fashioned and installed a diverter to eliminate the problem."
