His thoughtfulness and expertise during the estimate process were present throughout the entire project. In addition, he was punctual, professional, and communicative from start to finish. He even took the time to show my three year old how his tools work and gave me some tips about how I could fix parts of my deck myself! The results of the project itself are fantastic. He rebuilt two flights of deck steps that had begun to rot, replaced a few rotting boards, and installed a new deck post. The work shows care and artistry. Rich also was thorough in his clean up of the debris. I would (and will) hire Rich again for any woodworking projects on my house. I highly recommend him."

He disappeared several months ago, with work still incomplete and with over $20,000 of our money, which we had pre-paid him for that work. We have also discovered that Richard violated code in several instances and we are in the process of filling a complaint with the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety against his contractor license."
