"Our freezer was not working on Monday a.m. I called Sub Zero as instructed. They were very helpful and gave me three names of authorized repairmen. The receptionist at Best Home Solutions first told me they could not send a serviceman until the next day, but when I explained that I had a freezer full of food she checked with the owner and they arranged to have someone out in two hours. He arrived exactly as promised, found that the control board was bad but was able to get the freezer working. He ordered the part, which was shipped overnite and installed the next day. The warranty had expired and the cost of the part and overnite shipping was more than half of the total cost. The repairman was very professional and I was well satisfied with the service."
