"Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. We have not only found a landscaping company that we will use for the rest of our time in Totowa - we have found a partner we will use as long as they are in business."

"We purchased it at a special rate of #399.00 for 6 hours of work.  When we found out he only could do 1/4 of the work we asked for a price and it was $600.00 for another 6 hours.  we paid it and found out he had completed the work in 3 hours then left.  he was suppose to return to clean up the weeds he didn't get the first time but went on vacation then by the time he returned new weeds had grown an he said he was not responsible for them.   Anyway we paid him then just walked away from this deal.
