We had a variety of projects for him, including leveling a sliding glass door and installing a locking mechanism on it, repairing a bedroom door, adding trim to the lattice work surrounding our sun porch, but most important of all, mudding and painting our 23-year-old garage, which was banged up and heavily stained. Brian's work far exceeded our hopes for the project. The quality of the work, which was completed during a stretch of very hot and humid days, was precise and quite frankly, exceptional. The garage looks brand new. As I noted in our last review, Brian is the consummate professional. He is thoughtful and was respectful of our home. Brian is very personable and so easy to work with, especially given our lack of expertise. Needless to say, we have several other projects that we are hoping Brian can add to his schedule. "Beautiful showroom, great help with design, on time delivery, and excellent installers! Did a total kitchen redo and looks beautiful! All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing.
