"First off, Scott was very responsive to my request to seal/stain my deck and got back to me right away. We were able to schedule a time within just a few days. By the time I got home, they were almost done!!! Lightning fast work but with a lot of attention to detail. They used a sprayer for most of the surfaces and then he went back over the tight corners with a brush just to make sure he didn’t miss anything. And then he was able to get the fence too!!! My only regret is that I didn’t contact them sooner. We’re looking forward to enjoying our deck for many many many years to come. Thank you so much Scott!!! p.s. He also accepts venmo. Lord knows I never carry cash on me. Definitely thumbs up all the way round."

"Work began on 6/18 and was completed by 12 noon 6/19. Not only was my deck repaired to look amazing, I also had cement steps and side patio done. I'm beyond grateful and amazed at the new look. Trinh Brothers are professional and honest about what needs to be done before the job begins. I'm looking for something else for them to complete!"

"Dan provided our second estimate. The first one was over $2,000 for a major job on the porch columns. But Dad said immediately that the porch did not really need major work. He warned us about contractors who want to tun minor repairs into major projects. For just a tip, he screwed down some floorboards that had been pushed up above the level of the rest of the floor. He was very courteous and obviously trying to save us big $$. I am very grateful."

Steve was very responsive to my inquiry and understood my concern about the plants that surround the house. I live in a house with mature plantings and other companies have damaged the plants with the cleaning solution and the power of the pressure washer. Steve assured me he would rinse off all washing solution from the plants and they would not be damaged. I was not home when they started but was there for the majority of the work and Steve and his associate were careful  of the plants and did wash off all solution---the plants are fine with no chemical scald at all. Another thing Steve did was scrub the aluminum (and there is a lot) and got it clean. Other providers said that they would charge more if they had to scrub the aluminum. Steve's price was lower than other estimates and I was extremely happy with him, his company and the quality of the work. I have and will continue to recommend him to neighbors and family.

"Matt and Ronny arrived right on time. Matt called first, 20 minutes ahead of their arrival as we had requested. Matt is the owner of the company, and he and I went over the details of the job to be sure that we were both on the same page. Matt left, and Ronny started to work right away. He carefully covered the floor and all exposed furniture and other items. Ronny then used Frog tape to mask the baseboard and other areas. I was impressed by this minor detail because I know that Frog tape is significantly more expensive than the standard blue painter's tape. Less than 45 minutes after his arrival, Ronny was painting.
I have done my share of painting over the years, and for me, the hardest part of the job is cutting in. Ronny did this freehand, no masking tape, and he did a near flawless job. Again, I was impressed. Soon he was rolling the ceiling, and then the walls. Everything received two coats of paint. When he was finished, Ronny cleaned up everything, put all debris neatly into a trash bag, and left the work area as clean as when he arrived.
At the end of the day, Matt called to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I told him that both my wife and I were honestly thrilled with our newly painted family room and he could expect more work from us in the future. This was a near perfect transaction from start to finish. We LOVE Angie's List.

"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention.
