"Tracer determined a dry creek bed would correct the wet area in our back yard. They completed the work, adding a rock pile in front of the dry creek bed, which was not agreed upon. This solution did not fix the problem. Our back yard is still wet, grass does not grow and it is very unsightly. When we contacted Tracer landscaping they were resistive to listen and correct the problem stating it was not their issue. The representative has abandoned our project, has not returned phone calls and we are seeking a different landscaping company for help to correct. Our back yard is a mess! The french drain was not installed correctly and we struggled to get sod to grow. Again Tracer landscaping stated it was not their problem. I would not recommend this landscaping company for any project."

"Sandau Construction recently completed a window replacement project at my home. They were one of five contractors that I had out to evaluate my project and bid the job. The sales presentation was low pressure, comfortable and offered adequate time for question and answer. The company’s subsequent follow-up to the various questions and issues that I had was prompt, direct and informative. They never tried to “sell” me anything and focused solely on my desires and priorities. Their overall project pricing was competitive overall, versus the other contractors who visited.
