Gave us a price that was reasonable and accurate. He met the timeline he projected. And cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The first time we hired them, it was for work done in our garage. We needed additional insulation and some parts repaired. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped it would. The second time, there was a bigger job. We needed a large room in our basement refurbished and finished with new flooring, ceiling, new recessed lighting, etc. The work done was outstanding. I hired Elite Builders approximately six months ago for a kitchen remodel that involved sanding and refinishing of my existing kitchen cabinets, installation of new quartz countertops, and installation of a new faucet and sink.
