Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"Paul does great work, no doubt about it. You don't realize how bad most siding jobs are until you see one down well - like American Siding did for me. Several years later, and the siding looks the same as it did when installed. My neighbor had siding put on his house at the same time I had my cottages done, and the siding is already buckled and coming off in places. You get what you pay for."

"Ray with Titan Handyman, LLC Ray was very responsive to my call for a roof leak. He came the same day I called to give me an estimate and time frame. He kept his appointment and the repair was done on the same day. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and did a great turn key job. "Replacement was fine. Issue I have is with the ownership and discussion I had with them regarding warranty for the ridge cap. I had a cobra ridge cap installed by this company after a windstorm cane through. During the process I had asked, and was told, that the cap came with a transferable warranty (which is great because this is not our forever home). Installation went fine and at the end was told the owner would provide warranty info. I inquired several days later and was told they would get me the warranty paperwork. After several weeks I contacted them again as I had not yet received he paperwork and was told that the company (USA Gutter pro) would honor their work but GAF no longer warranties this product. Was also told that "lawyers were drafting" paperwork for warranties and that it would be sent to me upon completion. That was around April 2016. I contact via this site the company asking if the lawyers were still working in it 6 months later (was sent Oct 17th)...nothing. I am now writing this review on Nov 19th. In the end I don't really care about the warranty I am disappointed that a company would say one thing and either (1) not follow though on what was agreed, or (2) not be 100% truthful in things. My point in all of this is if they would have said from the beginning that this product is not warranties I would have still had the work done and not really cared...but since I was repeatedly told one thing that never happened (oh, and I never got a call/email outside of Angie's list...and that was because I wrote first...) I am writing this review."
