"Jeremy showed up as scheduled, did the work needed, and gave me a price I felt was fair. 2 other HVAC companies in the last 2 years couldn’t solve the problem he did on the first visit. He’s honest, will show you the work he is doing and won’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need."

"Hauser inspected an upscale furnace we bought from them. They said nothing was wrong ? including a fan one of their competitors said was going out. 2 weeks later when we first used the furnace, Hauser had to replace the fan. They said they could not predict a fan going out! Apparently their competitors can. We were a few days past our warranty, but Hauser agreed to replace under warranty (parts, not installation). They charged $1,792 for a 20 - 30 min installation, an effective labor rate of $3,600/hr. Numerous calls were ignore except business person explained that this is not an hourly rate, just the price they charge for this installation. This is greedy and unethical. They use linguistic obfuscation, calling it an ?installation fee? ? independent of an hourly rate. It is immoral: a grifter?s flim-flam shell game. An annual labor rate of $7.5 M is not reasonable by anyone?s standards. "

"Gas controller on my boiler was not working. Watkins responded and came within about 4-5 hours. The tech, Al, was very polite and professional. He looked at my controller, diagnosed that the problem was a broken spring and, since it's a "unique" and unavailable part, he modified the existing one and reconnected it stating he wasn't sure it would hold because of how stretched it was. It held for about 3 hours but broke again. I called Watkins again and they scheduled another tech since it was closed to after hours. My original tech took the call even though he was not on call. He had an idea for an alternate repair that has worked very well. I'm quite satisfied with the work and I believe the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Watkins."

Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install.
