They were professional, explained what they were going to do so there would be no surprises. 8 hours later they were finished. They cleaned everything up afterwards leaving no mess for us to clean. The work looks great and we are very happy with how it turned out."

"Rob and his team are fantastic to work with! We recently bought and renovated our home, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They always showed up on time, sometimes even early and could handle anything we threw at them. Any time my spouse and I hit a renovation roadblock, we joked that it was no problem because Rob and his crew (shout out to Luis) could fix it. They helped us remove old kitchen cabinets (you’d never know they were ever there), demoed a large bar and built-in desk area, replaced trim, capped plumbing, and finished tile work. They also installed LVP flooring in our master bath, which turned out to be a tricky job due to bad sub-flooring and uneven transitions, but they handled it quickly and without blinking a eye. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"removing tub and tile did damage to ceiling - they did not repair it. Salesman suggest an oversized soap tray which would not fit anywhere. Their product is WAY over priced. I would not recommend this company."

"Great experience. Began with expert design consult. Received regular updates on progress of ordering parts and receiving the parts. Installation scheduled and Randy and Kayden arrived on time and expertly installed new shower in two days. Extra attention to minimizing time water had to be shut off to install new fixtures and drop cloths were used to protect our floors. Clean up was immaculate. "

Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business.
