I’ve been professionally window tinting for 10 years now. I’ve done a multitude of types of window tinting jobs from commercial, residential and automotive. I started my business in 2021 and I’ve always done my best to accommodate and work around difficult schedules and time frames.

"We had some hardwood floors with a lot of sun damage refinished. I wanted to protect the floors from the sun so called Solar Tint. Everything went very well from the rep, Ashley, who came out and made suggestions to the two installers who were on time and courteous. We can see out the windows but also see how the film is effecting incoming sun light. Nice job. Would call again."

"It was necessary to install a second set of windows for three of the five replacements, Aaron who works for Xenia Glass and Lock checked all the windows the day after the installation and took videos and photos of the windows in question. His work indicated that three of the five window were defective. The young men , Kolton and Hunter Fox completed the project for Xenia Glass and Lock by replacing the ones that were not working properly. Kolton was helpful by explaining how to open/close and clean the windows. He was also helpful in the adjusting blinds for me. "

"November 2019 we had Best Glass come out to our business to replace 2 large window panes and surrounding frames.  During installation, the owner was not present, and the workers were not working steadily (we have cameras and were checking their progress).  At one point my husband approached them to check the progress, and noticed that the install was very sloppy.  Upon asking the workers about the state of their work, they became defensive, so my husband contacted the owner about our concerns.  The owner was very responsive and came out to check the work.  He agreed that it was not up to standard and stayed to remove the existing work, and help complete the project himself.  We were very happy with the finished product and the owner’s commitment to quality.  Fast forward just two years, November 2021, one of their window panes had completely split and fractured.  I contacted the company to have them come out to see what may have caused this.  When the workers came out, they could not answer any of my questions nor could they give any reason as to what could have caused the break.  Their response was, ‘glass breaks’, and that they would be in contact.  A couple days passed and no one called, so I contacted the company.  They said they had no new information for me and that they would have the owner contact me.  A few more days passed and I still did not receive a call.  I called again and spoke with a receptionist, she checked, and quoted me the same price we already paid to fix the one window, and mentioned they had no warranty.  I expressed my concern about the situation, and asked again to have the owner call me.  It is now January 2022, and I still have not received a call from the owner or anyone at all from the business about my concerns.  I did not inquire on their warranty (or lack of) for their glass prior to hiring.  Although, this should have been clearly stated as it would have affected our decision to hire.  According to this business, you can hire them, but their product can and will fail for no reason, and they will do nothing to fix it.  As a fellow business owner and customer, I want others to know our experience and the lack of care and communication we’ve received after having issues with the product.  We must now hire a different company that will stand by their product to fix Best Glass’ faulty product."
