"I called Campbell & Co. Monday morning and explained that I had an appointment on Wednesday but my heater had broken and wondered if someone could come out sooner. I also let them know that I have MS and the cold makes it very difficult for me. They were able to have a tech to my house by 9 a.m. Ashley S. was very thorough and found the problem quickly. While waiting for a replacement part to be delivered to the house he bypassed the broken switch so that the house could warm up a bit. When the part arrived, he changed it out quickly and then proceeded with the spring maintenance. We had already planned on having our filter changed and a lubricant added to our air conditioner. The broken part and labor added an additional 220 to our bill but with the quick and efficient service, we were very pleased. I then explained we were looking to upgrade our water heater system so he told me they did plumbing and electrical and their options including adding an annual plumbing and electrical service maintenance visit to our current plan. Ashley is very personable, kind, and made sure he explained everything to my satisfaction."
