Sean and DPS stayed with me through each step of a 4 month fight with the HOA. Sean actually had contacts on the board which eventually reversed their decision against our patio. "I was in town to interview contractors in an attempt to find someone to do a gutting of a home I had recently purchased.  V and R Builders came by to look over the house, and they were informative and pleasant.  I had no doubt that they would do a great job if left unsupervised in my home, and that they would have the work done before my family was ready to move down to Florida.  <br /> I did not receive a quote because we never made it to that point.  I was encouraged to first go to their showroom and pick out what floors, cabinets, etc., I would like for them to install in the house.  I did do this, and while the products they offered were nice, they did not have what I was looking for regarding cabinets or flooring.  For this reason, I did not choose to go with V and R Builders. <br /> Overall, this company was great, and I would not hesitate to call them and use V and R at a later date for any other work that I will need done once I move into the home.  I would recommend V and R Builders to anyone that needed any remodeling. <br />"

"CJS was excellent from the beginning.  I found them through Angie's List and contacted them for an estimate.  I had gutters that were failing around the front entrance of my home (causing spillover near the foundation -- and it RAINS in Florida!) as well as poorly functioning gutters and downspouts all along the rear roof line of the house (gutters and downspouts were leaking and falling apart.). <br /> CJS provided a fair estimate and scheduled the job.  I could not be there due to work commitments out of town and they showed up, did the job in one day and it is beautiful.  The gutters and downspouts are both larger in diameter (they told me this would be the case) and are now able to handle the large amounts of water that Florida rainstorms often produce in a short amount of time.  <br /> The office was professional, courteous and truly a pleasure to work with.  The workmen (I didn't see them) left everything completely clean and tidy and I really love it that there are now only two downspouts in the back so the patio area near my porch door is not constantly wet from a leaking downspout.   Happy, Happy, Happy. <br />"
