I called Greg Young at Schnibble and he was able to schedule an appointment right after the part arrived. Everything went well except the part had been upgraded to a better design and the diverter valve plunger length had decreased. Greg got on the phone with me to Rohl and had Rohl overnight an added part that would solve the problem. He managed to get the new diverter working with the shorter stem so we could still use the shower. The additional part arrived the next day; I called Greg and he came by within an hour after picking up his son at school. "The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order.
