Tyler promptly came out to assess the damage and even though they have lots of work scheduled, Tyler and his crew were willing to fit my repair job in on a day after completing a larger job. I'm sure the crew was tired and hot that late afternoon but, everyone was friendly and polite. They worked hard and did a beautiful repair that blended in perfectly. Tyler showed genuine concern about keeping our costs low and we are very pleased with the great value and workmanship. "Hired Salvadore as a landscaper as we didn't just want a mow/blow service. I only saw Salvadore once and he never returned my calls. In the second week they killed the lawn on both sides of the walkway to the front door which was fine before they started. Also, we were told our sprinklers would be repaired but not one of two broken ever were repaired. If you want a mediocre mow/blow then this is your guy. However, if you want a good landscaper and someone to return your calls...beware"

"I did not have to pay anything additional. It was all covered under the Big Deal. I felt that he did a pretty good job. I think if I had to do it over again, it might have been better to engage a plumber for the work. When he replaced the fixture, there was a leak that he had trouble dealing with. So, I think it may have been better to get a plumber, but I felt he, as a handyman, did a pretty good job. There were a couple of things that might have been a little bit outside of his expertise. I have no real complaints with him at all."

Very professional and courteous. They were able to and quot;recycleand quot; some of the wood, saving some lumber costs. They were both on the job every day for three days, taking care to cover the kitchen/great room floor, since they had to go through the house to get to the deck when bringing in the lumber. They noticed a need for some additional support bracing while working, and were able to handle that as well. They cleaned up every day and after the job was done. They even left a broom behind, though I don't think they meant to. (You can come and get it anytime, guys!)

"Awesome!! It’s beautifully contruction Fence. Actually perfect , but still needs to finish one small part of the privacy part of the front /side of the house. Company owner gave his word he would be back to finish in two weeks."
