"Mac and Carl both worked on the pipe in my front yard. I had a leak that has been there for years. Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
