"Conrad was great to work with from beginning to end. We originally asked Conrad and 2 other landscapers for a bid on an existing backyard design that had been prepared for us by an architect. When we realized that the cost for that design was way out of our budget, we asked Conrad if he could change the bid to reflect the use of less expensive materials and simpler execution so we could reduce the overal cost without compromising the design. He came up with a design that was mostly faithful to the architect's vision, that accomplished our main goals for the space and was a fraction of the original bid. We hired him over the other companies because he always responded to every challenge and request with equanimity and an informed plan. He listened to what we wanted as well as what our parameters were, and worked creatively with us within our limitations. During the whole process, Conrad and his crew consulted with us regularly and were open to figuring out and executing changes that arose in the plans as the space evolved. Conrad always communicated clearly and responded promptly, thoughtfully to quickly to any questions or concerns. His crew was always prompt and respectful and they worked quickly and well. The work went so well, that they were finished almost a week ahead of their projected completion time. The backyard looks and functions much better than before and, most importantly, the drainage system works well to channel rain and run off away from our home. We're very pleased with the work Del Mar Landscaping performed for us! We plan to hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone as being fair, creative and professional in all aspects of their work."

"Mario is a professional in irrigation systems and I learned a lot just from listening to him. He has quite and extensive knowledge about sprinkler systems, water flow rates, etc. What I thought was a leak at one of my sprinkler heads turned out to be much more. There was no leak at that head, however, Mario knew enough to shut off the rest of the heads. Sure enough the lead was back by the patio, coming from one of the old cheap pvc pipes that break and crack easy. If he didn't know how to find and properly repair that leak, I probably would have spent back breaking hours look for it and never finding it. I will be inviting him back in the future to assess the whole yard. I can highly recommend Eco-organic Landscape Services."

"The landscaping was done very well. Every request or change I had was accommodated. My contact was Carlos and I felt he went out of his way to resolve any concerns I had. He gave me the name of place to purchase a fountain and offered to pick it up at no charge. Installation was very professional. The only area I can be critical off was the lack of clean up and storage of tools by his workers at the end of the day. I found cans, tools, nails, etc. all over the yard when his workers left. The quality of the work, however, was very well done and I would definitey recommend them. Should I have further jobs, I will use them again."

"Four years of ongoing drought in the Inland Empire are of California, with the repressive heat waves of 2015, combined with mandatory state water rationing, have scorched and dessicated the grassy turflands of our front yard.  Our water district started offering turf removal and drought tolerant yard replacement rebates, so we decided to covert our yard for the long term. We primarily chose A.L.L. Environmental Design due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews, which are spot on and accurate, as we would come to find out ourselves!  We met with Nick, who was extremely friendly, to get the initial estimates and package options. His partner, Andy, came up with a pleasing design, with attractive plants that thrive on minimal water and full sun. The plants even produce flowers with nectar that have local butterflies and neighboorhood hummingbirds making daily pitstops, much to the pleasure of my young daughters. Nick, Andy and their expert crew were alway timely, efficient and professional! The entire project only took a few days, with minimal disruption to our daily routines.  The final product, not only passed the water district's rebate specifications, but met and exceeded our imagined and visualized expectations.  The yard looks wonderful with neighbor's giving us compliments on the overall look and layout of our new front yard! Our neigboorhood had some homes chosing to replace their yards with fake plasti-grass and some with drought tolerant plants, however I believe A.L.L. Environmental Design came up with the most natural and attractive option at a price point that we could afford!  I have recommended them to friends and co-workers that are in the process of converting their yards to conserve water and would not hesitate to recommend them for any potential Angie's List members needing yard design and implementation!

"Tom is very knowledgeable and took his time to not only give estimate and advice on requested service but inspected and advised on treatment of other plants on property also.  I was so impressed I am pending an estimate on a referral by Tom providing continuing care of garden on a regular monthly basis.  His crew arrived on time and worked hard to install the sprinkler system and seed the yard and Tom followed up on a regular basis for the following two months keeping an eye on the lawn to provide follow up care to see that the new seed was fertilized preperlyand the weeds killed off.  He always kept in touch with me and advised me promptly when he could not find a part to continue a task and kept me abreast of the situation until the part was found.  The yard is looking quite nice and is improving per his predictions.
