"The project went great; I'm very happy with the final product. It lines up exactly with what I was looking for at the start of the project and looks better than I could have planned because of some great design suggestions from Wagner Home Renovation along the way. We ended up creating two separate closets from the previous closet incorporating some previously unused space in the condo as well. Both closets are accessed through very nice double doors. The laundry closet and general/clothes closet both look great. Wagner Home Renovation used high quality repurposed wood from a previous project and black iron rods to give the general/clothes closet great character. All of the work was very well done, and blends into the existing paint and trim-work so well, you can't even tell any work has been done. As an example, they added a wooden keystone at the enlarged entranceway near the new closets that was a very nice touch and feels like it was always there. They were able to save me money throughout the project by offering to use repurposed wood from previous projects that was often better quality than what would normally be used. Wagner Home Renovation does high-quality work and has a genuine interest in how well the end result turns out. They have a great attention for detail, offer great design ideas and options, and are responsive, honest, budget-conscious, flexible, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them."

"Nice family business. Had some trouble with some employees getting started but Costas and his dad always took over and made sure everything was great. They did most of the work themselves which was important to me that someone was always on site. My schedule is crazy. "Honeycomb helped save our house. As they were replacing our deck, they discovered rot and quickly removed and replaced all the bad material. They also discovered that we had a termite infestation. The issue was in the structure of the house. They assured us everything would be fine and efficiently dispatched all the rot and talked us through next steps with detailed recommendations, involving other contractors. The additional charge to remove the rot was minimal and I would have gladly paid 10x for the security of having a safe house. And just look at how beautifully it turned out. The photos really don't do it justice, when you get to sit out there enjoying a coffee in the morning or actually having a family gathering. It is such a game changer meeting space. Also, and it might seem like a little thing, but its the details that matter. It was really hard for me to get on my deck as a physically handicapped person. Taylor made it easy for me to go outside alone. I love you guys 11/10"

"We wanted to build on top of an existing garage, but extend out beyond the original building so as to accommodate two large rooms (a bedroom and a playroom), a bathroom and a balcony above and an outdoor dining-room below.. Turn Key Construction did an amazing job as you can see in the photographs. The entire team were courteous and friendly, and patient of the many changes I made as the build was progressing. They made the process enjoyable, and I really don't believe the work they did could be improved upon. We could not be happier with the results."
