"I contacted seven contractors about this job and the results were baffling. Quotes ranged from $1900 to $7800 and the scope was all over the place. Dave sold me on three things. 1-His knowledge of the business. I have a background that helped me understand the problem and he could speak to it from a biological perspective better than any of them. 2-His desire to provide a winning solution to my situation. He obviously wanted the business, but his discussions were focused on solving the problem and he even gave me solid advice on which other contractors he would suggest. 3-His faith and guarantee that he would solve it. He provided a quote that he stuck to, and assured me that he would not stop until it was finished. Something cam up AFTER he was fully paid and he responded with the same professionalism and thoroughness and came to take care of it at no extra cost.
