"I had Gutters?s installed in May 2025. The gutters leaked on the first rain after gutters were installed. I have called numerous times, sent messages numerous times, it is now August and gutters are not repaired. I left a 1 star review several weeks ago and I finally got a return call. Tracey from their office assured me a project manager would contact me within 24 hours. No one has called. Gutters still leaking. I will say it again, DO NOT HIRE HOME GENIUS. Poor quality work. No customer service. Sales representative told us there was a warranty. They Lie. "

"They did a great job and Justin was great and very communicative. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 there was a 17 day people of no communication or up and I had to reach out a few times to get updates. From quote to finish it took about 8 weeks. Not sure for a small job if that’s long or short but besides the small delay/lack of communication in one aspect I am overall happy with the outcome. "

"There was a tree limb fallen on top of the shed and need to repair the hole on the shed. Mr. Alexis was very responsive from AAM and came immediately the next day and he placed a temporary cover on the shed and removed the tree limb as courtesy services. This is a very gracious act that AAM did that to the customer when we are NOT even the customer. I am very thankful for Mr. Alexis 's taking initiative to offer the courtesy service to customers for their best interest. Thank you, AAM .."
