"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"We put off doing this project for a long time because it was a major renovation and we were worried about making the right decisions.  We were fortunate to find Todd because his combination of experience and professionalism was exactly what we were hoping for.  Todd was great to work with!  He had good ideas, helped guide us to make kitchen design choices, and asked for our input on every aspect of the project. We could not be more pleased with our new kitchen!

"Gary was quick to contact me and schedule me for service the very next day whereas the previous company I contacted was booked until the end of September. He was able to give me a flat price over the phone so I'd know what to expect. He was thorough when installing my propane oven and also updated some of the parts/ connectors which he identified as being not up to code in our home."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
