During the free estimate, Ricky was the only one to take out a ladder and climb on to the roof to take a look at everything and determine what needed to be done as part of the project. He also gave me pricing options for some of the additional things I wanted done as part of the overall roof replacement (better airflow using soffits vs roof vents).
