"The guy who came was very very professional. He was also very honest. Because If we had a water leak, which was the suspicion of our attorney, we need to know about it. So, he went underneath the house and took pictures. He spent a lot of time explaining everything what he was doing. He then said that we never had a water leak, instead,  it was how the floor was installed that caused the problem. I  will definitely recommend the company. they were on top of everything. "He is really excellent, and did excellent. He came right out when we called him. He came out with a helper, and they were really nice. The people who built our house for us did not build the structure underneath the house right (Did not treat the wood correctly). We had to get a company out a couple years later to fix that. That company did not do a good job either. I finally called this company to come out and fix this. They came out to enclosed it with some special plastic, and installed a dehumidifier under our home. They also gave us an Acu-Rite instrument, to be able to monitor the temperature/moisture under our house. They had it all set up for us, and it is really nice. He gave us a warranty as well. It is still working fine, and keeps the humidity mold. It has killed off the mold, and we no longer have moisture under there. They gave me a free estimate before they started the job, and the end cost matched the initial estimate. His pricing was very reasonable, and fair. He was also very good at explaining what he was going to do. This was my first time using this company, and would defiantly recommend them to other people. He did work at our son's house as well."
