That is very important to me because I have had other contractors since moving to Virginia Beach and it has been like a nightmare. The only reason I tried others was only because the cost was less. The owner/operator is very professional and pretty meticulous. His staff is very attentive to the customers needs. Anytime I called or sent an email, they responded right away. His secretary had even given me her cell phone number that way if I had questions after hours, I was able to contact her. The remodel was the selling point and it is absolutely fabulous.
