Customers say: Quality work

"We got our bathrooms converted to full bath with standing shower, kirk and Kasey's company did an excellent job at an affordable price and much lower than other big companies that we took quote from. The quality and color of our bathroom walls looks so good, modern, easily washable and definitely added value to the home. Now that the remodel is done, my bathroom feels like a completely new space. It’s bright, clean, and modern. I love the new walk-in shower with glass doors, the updated lighting, and the fresh look of the walls and floor. I highly recommend this team for anyone thinking about a bathroom remodel. I feel that I got great value for the price I paid. If I ever remodel another room in my house, I will definitely call them again. Overall, I give this bathroom remodeling experience a full 5 stars. Everything from start to finish went better than I expected I am sharing this info as this would help someone else who is also looking for remodeling bathrooms to make a decision."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"We had a great experience! Javier was onsite and hands-on with the project. He was also extremely responsive. He ensured everything was well coordinated and had his crew working around the clock to minimize the amount of time we had to be closed. I have had work done in my home that took months and this was an extensive remodel done in a couple days - amazing!! The workmanship was also top quality and Javier made sure we were satisfied with everything that was done. I would highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful experience working with KSRP Construction! From initial contact to job completion, communication was always very prompt and concise. We were needing to build a wall to close up our loft (to convert into a bedroom) and KSRP provided fair pricing, were quick and efficient and got the job done right. Roberto and Sebastian were incredibly professional, polite, skilled and detailed. Not only were we impressed with the work itself, but these guys were so thorough from initial tarping to final clean up. We have several neighbors and family members who are planning future house projects and you best believe we've already highly recommended KSRP Construction - specifically Roberto and Sebastian for the job!"

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Yorkville, IL

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
