"I was really pleased with their work and would use them again. My experience was excellent. Obviously there will be an initial contract. Do be sure to document any changes made along the way (change in glass style or change in cabinet door knobs). I had some minor changes that in a small way lowered the price (just a tad).....upon review of the final bill I found the adjustment had not been made. When I pointed it out they quickly adjusted. Am thinking that at some point we may sell our place and do another and will definitely use Smokey Mountain Cabinets again. Beautiful work and nice people."

Their products are guaranteed for life, and they replaced, without question, one shelf that had warped due to prolonged liquid spill. I contacted them upon moving to Georgia, and they were perfectly willing to make the road trip and install a similar system in my new home. However, I chose a local custom cabinet maker based on price alone. Although my new cabinets are satisfactory, they aren't the same quality as I had come to appreciate from We'reOrganized.
