"I was so impressed by how professional and efficient Matt was. He came in to the house, looked at the area where the work needed to be done, went back out to the van and then grabbed everything he needed to complete the job. His work was very precise, thinking about the perfect placement for the filtration system so that we could maximize use of the remaining space in the cabinet down to the routing of the power cord and hoses. Matt’s work is so clean, I can’t wait to call him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for my next plumbing needs."

"He arrived at agreed time. On arrival he surveyed the premesis and determined the sequence of steps to bring the a/con line and correct the deficiencies. After cleaning the a/c and replacing the filter he ran the system long enough to determine additional work will be required that I pospooned till fall due to financial circumstances."
