"Working with Ilan and IY Development and Renovation INC was an absolute pleasure. We hired them for a complete interior remodel, and they transformed our space into something truly spectacular. Ilan has an eye for design and was able to incorporate our style while making it feel new and elevated. The attention to detail and the quality of work are top-notch, and the team was incredibly respectful of our home throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for seamless renovations!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"The cover and the leaf covers were a perfect fit and of excellent quality. We paid $99 for the complete set--usually a cover like this costs about $400. they are made to match the wood of the table and look great. They came promptly."

"Great. Kevin did an excellent job installing 4 new interior doors, painted them nicely, and was very flexible in the scheduling of this work."

"Craig continues to be informative, thorough and professional, even after his work was done. We needed a structural engineer and he came highly reccommended. This was foreign territory for us, not to mention a touch daunting. Craig drew up our house plans, appointed contractors, dealt with city permits, and followed up each step of the way. Craig's credentials, as well as his bedside manner, have rendered us very pleased. His experience, savvy, and accessibility will be appreciated by any homeowner looking to further invest in their most valuable asset."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Flawless Design was recommended to me by another family who had their house done with them and I truly got lucky. Gabi and Charlie were a pleasure to work with and that is something one rarely hears in the industry. They tore our hold house of about 2200 Sq Ft in Encino Hills and turned it into an over 5,000 square foot home. The house is nothing less than simple elegance and is one of the most beautiful homes in that neighborhood now as we have received numerous offers for purchase as well.
I could see that it is important to Gabi to make this house exactly to our taste and went so much out of her way to work with us on the smallest details. Above all, I respected her integrity because she always made sure we know the price and labor before agreeing to anything so there were no surprises. That was huge to me personally because almost every remodel scenario I had heard about the customers ended up paying a great deal more than what was originally discussed and that was not the case for us. I also appreciated their timeliness and how they stuck to their word. In the end we had the house of our dreams.
I can't recommend them high enough. If you speak to Gabi you'll realize instantly that she's a woman who has integrity and will not over promise or say something that she felt was not true. That is golden. We now have an immaculate house which has a simple but eloquent look and that is just what we were going for. The house has a traditional European feel to it with incredibly tall ceilings and functional features which Gabi recommended to me herself along the way. She is also great at designing any style if you let her know which style to work with. She continually takes classes to educate herself on tasteful and quality building and I can't say this for most of the candidates we interviewed. If you are reading this review and looking for a solid contractor I recommend them 100%.
