"Overall, I was very satisfied. They were busy, so it took some time to schedule the work, but the issues were not urgent. I called Garafano Electric for an estimate in late December. They came out to provide an estimate within about 10 days. The work was scheduled on a date convenient for me, several weeks later. I needed them to come out for a follow-up visit on the faulty lighting circuit and they scheduled that very quickly. They were able to identify an intermittent problem with one of the circuits and came up with an effective solution. They also recommended a good wireless switch and came up with a clean way to install it without cutting into walls or the ceiling. They did the routine work - replacing outlets and switches - very efficiently. The pricing seemed very fair. I purchased the parts myself and provided them. "I lost power in the back half of my home, and after being given the run around by my previous electrician, I decided to search Angie's list for an alternate electrician. After a few minutes of browsing, I stumbled upon Raymond and specifically chose him because of his ridiculously high Angie's list rating. After speaking to Raymond, we made an appointment and, to my surprise, he showed up early. This was a great sign since I'm used to servicing professionals either: 1) showing up late, or 2) giving me a 4-hour window and still arriving late. So far, so good. On Raymond's first visit he did a great job assessing the problem and gave me an estimate to fix the electrical short, but he also recommended other electrical repairs that would bring my old 1955 home up to code. After reviewing his proposal, I was a bit depressed since I knew I couldn’t afford all of the repairs that I knew I needed to tackle in the near future, so I decided to give him a call to let him know. Raymond was very understanding and offered to come out to my home for a second time to hunt for the electrical short in my home. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Arrived exactly on time.  Immediately surveyed requested repairs and started work within 5 minutes.  No delays running back to his truck, unpacking tools etc.  So very professional! 

Diagnosed problems with old wiring and offered options to proceed. Re-labeled incorrectly labeled breaker box and then quickly replaced 11 receptacles and three ground fault receptacles.  Even stopped to remove the end of a broken, rusted bulb in the dining room fixture.  Results exceeded my expectations because he was so fast and so efficient.

I feel so much safer in my home.
