"Very well. We had a number of projects that we needed done, both interior and exterior. Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. Joe works steadily and efficiently getting more done each day than I would have ever thought possible. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and removed all debris from the premises. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe for “handyman” jobs. He seems willing to tackle most anything but told me up front that he doesn’t do plumbing."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Mr. Marvin Jones performed the furniture repair superbly- far exceeding my expectations. He repaired two joints on a family heirloom dining table, first carefully examining the problems, then set about repairing them. Mr Jones not only repaired the table, but used both glue and screws to make it nearly impossible to break again. He showed me the work he did at two joints, explained how he approached it, and offered me the opportunity to look at his work and identify any additional steps I would like to have done. There was no more work needed. As an industrial engineer and business attorney for forty years, I’ve seen some terrible work and also some excellent craftsmen, Mr. Jones is a true craftsman. Because I took possession of the table as a gift of this beautiful antique dining table from my grandmother, I didn’t know much about the table and I’m busy and didn’t take the time to look closely at the table; we just used it as a place for a meal. Mr. Jones surprised me when he pointed out the extensions that were in the table top, and he demonstrated the best and safest way to extend this six-foot long table two more feet in each direction! This was so helpful because we are expecting family during the holidays, and had planned to supplement the table with a card table. Because Mr. Jones took the initiative to explain the hidden features, our table can now seat four additional people, and the card table can stay in the closet! Mr. Jones cleaned the work area, and left for his next client, reminding me that I can call him anytime. I will be using his services again! "Thomas and his crew are the only painters we will hire! They are the ultimate professionals! We are prepping our house to go on the market, so I called Thomas to repaint a bedroom. I had the leftover paint from when we first painted the room, but it had gone bad, so Thomas went out and got new paint when they arrived. His crew went above and beyond while they were at our house to ensure our house looked great. He went around and touched up scuff marks and paint drips (from a different painter) in various rooms. After he left, our cat decided to walk across a railing that he had painted and put her foot prints across the whole thing. Thomas came back and repainted it for me. They ensure that we are 100% satisfied before they call a job done. I highly recommend this painting crew!"

"Well the work went alright but they didn't remove the old wood and door. He said just tip the garbage man extra and he'll probably take it away. Didn't work out. What got me though was he charged me an extra 5% for using a credit card which I think is excessive. The last contractor took credit cards and didn't charge me extra. I had already given Steve a deposit for this job though so I was kind of stuck."
