"They showed up when they said they would!!! If you know anything about contractors in Yuma, AZ, that is a HUGE deal! Several years ago, Mr. Rich's company put a new roof on my home. They did a beautiful job! Somewhere along the way, a section of ridgecap came off. Nobody knows why, perhaps a manufacturing defect... I found the problem over a weekend when I when up there to trim trees back... Called his office on Tuesday, made an appointment for Wednesday morning. He showed up when he said he would (I repeated it twice because I am so impressed!) Saw that there was indeed a problem and told me they would take care of it!
