"The young man was very helpful in letting me to confirm that there was nothing wrong with the motor or mechanical garage door, but rather the sensor needed to be recalibrated, which he said he could do for an additional charge or he could give me a good resource i.e. the instruction manual readily available online, which I opted for and recalibrated my self (thanks also to a good youtube video) and in $50 my issue was resolved. He was also helpful to let me know the cost of new motors in case the one I have breaks down. I'm sure they will be the first ones I call if/when that occurs."
