"13 points 15 minutes ago First above anything Kathy the receptionist was wonderful and very kind. The rest of the staff the ?boss? was unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Teresa totally disregarded our phone conversation. It was our fault and never theirs. We were rescheduled 5 times before they finally came and put them in. I called to talk to the general manager and I am still waiting for that phone call. Customer service was their biggest dissatisfaction. If it wasn?t for Kathy we would have canceled.
