He was patient and helpful in guiding me through what to go with. He thinks about things and provides options. You can see the wheels turning. He even goes out of his way to provide or create a sample of what he’s talking about to give you a visual. Kelvin is a pro. Hard worker, polite and responsive. I think Jesse was the guy who helped out the third day. Very hard worker and professional and warm. Also the job was very reasonably priced and I got quotes from 4 providers. "Ben came and listened carefully to our wants and needs. He measured and showed us products. Then gave us a thorough quote. We were able to book quickly. On installation day 2 gentlemen arrived in the time frame given. Rodrigo was the lead installer. He went over all the details before starting and then they got to work. They worked diligently and completed the job in a day. The job included taking up and hauling away the old flooring. Also moving the big furniture and put down luxury vinyl plank in a large family room. The floor looks beautiful. Throughout the project our project manager Nora kept in contact to be sure all was going well and that we were pleased. After finished Rodrigo did a walk through with me and we went through a checklist to insure I was satisfied before he left. Should we need any flooring in the future I know who we will go to and I hope I have the pleasure of working with Ben and Rodrigo."

"I hired this company for a full flooring replacement, custom bookshelf, and stair/banister finishing. The project was supposed to be completed in December 2024, but after eight months of repeated delays, no-shows, and broken promises, the job was still unfinished. Despite having in writing that items like the bookshelf, handrail, and stair landing were included, the contractor abandoned the project before completing any of those elements. Their communication was sporadic at best, and I was often left waiting with no notice or explanation. When I finally insisted they meet the extended timeline I had allowed, they responded by filing a mechanic?s lien against my home?a retaliatory and questionable move considering the state they left the project in. I have hired legal counsel and am actively pursuing a resolution. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this business document everything, and proceed with caution. I regret trusting this team with my home."
