Dan Meyer designed our pool and he was great to work with. He helped us choose the best colors and materials that would make our vision of a dream pool come true. Reid, our project manager, kept us informed of the steps and time line. He was meticulous and was very detail oriented. The pool start up team of Mike and Justin were just as great. Once the pool was filled, Justin oversaw the treatment of the water to make sure it was perfect for swimming. He was awesome! Justin stopped by weekly and sometimes twice a week to ensure the chemicals were working appropriately. He educated us about everything to know about the pool and he didn’t mind reviewing things when we had questions about pool maintenance and proper upkeep. From start to finish, the pool took seven weeks. The quality of work and attention to detail is impressive. If you are considering a pool, look no further than Larsen’s Pool and Spa. "After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. This only set us back 2 days. The resurface team did an amazing job on the surface and working with me on placing the accent tiles for my stairs and swim shelf. After the pool was filled, Justin arrived for "fire up" and care instructions. Once again everything was explained with professionalism and detail. He has done a great job of taking care of the pool since then. Ronny clearly ensures that his teams are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and are focused on customer service and quality work. "A P Construction and Development completed a beach condominium remodel for me. Their communication, punctuality, quality, and professionalism were extraordinary. I couldn't be more pleased with their work which included new trim, flooring, painting, removal of a very large wall mirror, minor drywall repair, door replacements, and more. After discussing the scope of work, Chris provided a very timely and fair bid. Originally, completion was projected to take 4 weeks from start to finish. Chris started the demolition on a Saturday, which was the first day that the condo was available. The team worked steadily and on the weekends and had everything completed in just 3 weeks which was one week early. A P Construction and Development kept me continually in the loop regarding how the project was progressing. Chris would call and update me every few days. Also, he always responded quickly to my text messages if i had a question. He was very punctual with phone calls, text messages, and appointments. The quality of their work was exceptional. Chris and Anton are both experienced craftsmen. Everything was expertly completed. On the last day, Chris was waiting on a final trim piece to finish the project. While he was waiting, he helped me remove old furniture and even hang mirrors and pictures. In summary, A and P went above and beyond to make sure our renovation went smoothly and that we were happy with the results. They are not only great contractors but good people to work with. I plan to use them in the future and have referred them to friends on multiple occasions."

"Brent did an excellent job putting together and installing a new chandelier for our living room. It required the removal of an old chandelier, moving the junction box and centering it over a new table, and hooking up a new dimmer switch. He also removed two old wall sconces and replace them with new one, and installed a new light fixture in a bathroom. He had to patch the hole in the ceiling where the old chandelier was and matched the paint color (and popcorn), and he painted behind the wall sconces with new paint from our newly painted walls. He also when out and purchased new switch panels and light bulbs for all the lights. He wasn't phased when I asked him at the last minute to replace the dimmer switch even though he had to go out and buy more materials that I had neglected to get. He was very professional and tidy and took care not to damage our new furniture while he was working. We were very pleased with his work, and are asking him to bid on some additional electrical work as well as some finish wood work."
