"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

And WOW is all that I can say.. the installers were also thorough and communicated anything they needed to do as well as explained why it would need to be done that way.. they worked hard and professionally.. and to our surprise they did exactly what was told.. it is now my favorite room in the house and I show it off to everyone who enters my home now. I am very impressed with the quality and the attention to detail that was put into this project.. "A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"We hired 5 Star to remove the old flooring, install new tile, kitchen cabinets, remove wallpaper, and paint inside. The tile contractor ordered too little tile for the job TWICE, leaving us waiting nearly a month for the floors to be done. There are also uneven tiles everywhere, missing grout, and at least one hollow tile. The painters did remove all the wallpaper, but did a terrible job matching the wall texture. It is blatantly obvious where they re-textured and looks really bad. They put such a thin coat of paint on the walls that if you barely brush it, you take off the paint. The price we paid was not any less than other quotes we received so we were disappointed in the quality of work. We would not hire them again."
