"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"They were helpful. Apparently my computer was working very slowly and after they went through their diagnostics, I think it was a remote, I think it worked a little better but it didn't quite work as well as I was hoping. I'm not going to say it's their fault or something else is going on in the computer. I don't use that computer much anymore but I don't necessarily blame them or if there are some more issues with our computer. They did tell me that what they can do remotely is limited and they have to take it in somewhere to get more done. They were pretty upfront about that. The price was fair. They responded within that day. The end result didn't meet my needs."

"Mark is not only knowledgeable, but very easy to talk to. I am not very knowledgeable <br />on the computer. He had a great deal of patience with me. He got rid of a lot of useless information, and helped me access what I needed. He let me know the charges after I has used my initial time and explained all the charges up front. He told me if I had any issues or did not understand something to call him back. I did have somethings I did not understand and after calling him back and talking them through I decided the best thing to do is buy a new computer as mine is extremely out of date and does not suit my needs. Mark does not sell computers, but took the time to tell me based on my usage and needs, what I should buy. He did all this at no charge and even told me that I could call him if I had questions when purchasing the machine. I'm sure I will definitely call if I need help in the future and can't say enough about him."

"Our desktop computer was filled with viruses and spyware.  Mark did the troubleshooting, cleaned up the computer and maximized its performance.  He also installed a wireless card in our desktop, and even helped us set up our smart tv. <br />"

"Pro is a great company. Very trustworthy, professional and honest. I've brought my computer in for repair three times in the last 2 years when problems occurred. They promptly repaired a power box that blew out during a power outage, fixed software blue screen and other items. They are reasonably priced and friendly."

"All I can say is WOW. Kelley helped resolve a visual issue that started over a year ago with my Windows 7 laptop. HP told me I likely needed to get a new hard drive, and others suggested it was a graphics card failure. With one quick call to Kelley, and a few photos, he was able to determine it was a simple setting on my control panel! Just a few clicks and the issue was resolved. <br /> Here I thought I'd need a new laptop, and instead I just needed to undo a preference. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very professional and solved the issue for me quickly. I am now a devoted customer! <br />"

"It was better than 100 percent. He was extremely knowledgeable of software and hardware. He goes the extra mile. He came over and did what he could online, which was something but it was not enough. He came over again and reconfigured everything on the computer in the house. He recommended that I get a different external hard drive. He told me that when I got it, I should call him and he'd get it online for me. He didn't charge me for that because it was all part of the original service call. He gets things done. There's been a time when he spent quite a bit of time with me, roughly two hours, yet he charged me for an hour. I would recommend him to anybody. He's just outstanding. There's something with hardware that he couldn't do but he recommended me to a company that was the same. They were good. I was in and out."
