Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. I called them at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon and got a live person who said someone will call me back after I presented the problem I had. Around 4 PM I got a call from Sean who helped me out with the wiring and the A/C is now working."

"I called Mr Etchison, a former MRI specialist with CONE, on rather an emergency basis..seems my water bill was 4 time higher than normal. Water, rather Ice was forming in my drive daily but not in neighbors, he pushed me up to second on his call for that day! He came and checked my water meter, it was still. "The man that came out told me that he would not recommend flushing my water heater. I found it odd that they were offering that service if they don't recommend doing it. He seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job with the inspection. I also wanted him to switch my hook up from county water to well water. I had to pay extra for that, but that was fine."

"I originally called NuBlue to take a look at a couple toilets and a faulty tub drain. Upon further inspection, they found that my water shut off was leaking with water stains underneath as well as my water heater was bloated, leaking, and rusting in multiple places. My heater is a unique one as it doesn’t just heat my water but also my house, so they had to source it from out of state but they got me scheduled within a week to come back out and have everything replaced. The new heater came with manufactured defects, so they did another round trip out of state to get a replacement so I wouldn’t be without hot water or heat for more than a day. The guys were so kind, thorough, and professional. I can’t say wonderful things about them. I highly recommend them!"
