"Was pleasantly surprised by their timely response to provide an estimate, and then started work immediately following. I discovered my water heater leaking around 2 and by 7:30 they were done and gone. Really nice guys too. Would definitely use again and have no problem recommending them."

"Robert came out right away and gave me a quote to buy and install a new tankless hot water heater. His price was FAR better than the other quotes that I received for the same heater. He agreed to come out and install it right away and did a great job. No mess, no hassle.. He was willing to answer all my questions and make sure everything was satisfactory before he left. I will use him for ALL future plumbing projects that come up in the future!"

"Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did great work at a reasonable cost. Will hire him again without hesitation."

"They quoted $150 to install my garbage disposal. A father and son operation, they came on time, were very pleasant, worked swiftly, cleaned up and gave me instructions and tips on how the disposal works. The old disposal was rusted in and took some time to get out. The whole job was 2 hours. They honorably kept to their quote plus a small truck charge. The other plumber here, Plumbing Today, Inc., quoted $548. Any way you look at it, the quote was outrageous; I felt they were gouging."

"Install water heater, boiler n hot water tank"

"Excellent work, made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time. Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper. The stopper is great. All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude. On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done. Will hire for other work in the future."

"They say the proof is in the pudding.
We used WTPI and we had a good heating season.
My first impression was favorable,  but I then encountered pricing and communications problems.
I believe WTPI is competent and I wish the proprietor good luck.
However, since he never provided a promised written estimate for further work he recommended,
we would find difficulty using him again.
