"Remarkably well! PCB laid the foundation last fall, 2019. They were careful to match its elevation to the existing house and didn't miss it by even a quarter inch. The main construction started om April 6, 2020 and finished on June 23, 2020. The work was done as per the approved plans and better. We were very impressed with the owners ( Mr. Felipe Silva) attention to detail and prompt responses to our questions or concerns and requested revisions or upgrades. The workmen conducted themselves very professionally and were highly skilled at their crafts. They were also a lot of fun to visit with. We were particularity pleased with the carpentry and roofing skill it took to blend the new addition into the original house and a prior addition. The tile work, cabinetry, counter tops, stucco and wall finishing/paint are all beautiful. Less visible is the plumbing and electrical work it took to tie the buildings together. Once again, very well done. The project came in on budget, plus the cost of the upgrades we requested, and had approved prior to work beginning. I'd recommend PCB to anyone interested in a quality remodel project. They are a really excellent group of people."

"Aztec Mountain Construction was hired to remodel the bathroom for me. The entire process was painless beginning with the estimate. Everything was itemized and the job was clearly defined. Hugo communicated with me frequently letting me know where they were as far as progress and made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. Even during the construction, I made changes and they were very accommodating. In the end, the job turned out amazing. The job was done so well that a family member even asked for an estimate for their bathroom. "Let Happy Homes Lath & Plaster and Roofing. L.L.P. take the stress out of any remodeling project you may have. They did the following projects for my husband & I: Installed a new front & back door. Completely did the stucco work on my home & work shop. Painted our storage building & a new fence that was constructed on back yard this past spring. The crew truly worked many long hours in the hot sun getting the jobs done. Lastly, for twenty years I have been looking at sheet rock in our garage that my husband was going to get to. I now have a finished garage that I can actually use this winter to park my car in. They are able to finish a wide range of projects and they were reasonably priced to fit our budget."

It was a very involved remodel which included: Laying Saltillo and Tala Vera tile in the kitchen, dining room, hallways baths and stairs; (The Saltillo and Tala Vera tile laid together were different thicknesses, so that was VERY complicated) Installed Tala Vera kitchen backsplash; Installed a complex heated flooring system under the tile; Installed a circulating system for the hot water; Removed bathroom vanity and replaced with new cabinetry, adding A new pier cabinet on top of the vanity, and new cabinetry over The toilet; Removed master bathtub and replaced with new bathtub; Removed old shower and replaced with new shower and all new Tala Vera tile; Replaced all plumbing fixtures; Painted the entire house; Oversaw carpet installation. Everything was done on budget and on time. It is all just beautiful. Albert was great to work with and I'd use him again. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

It's sometimes hard to find pros who do work and who you can trust to give you an honest assessment but this company definitely fits that bill. They also did a great job working around our schedule. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. The tile and cabinetry was all custom and required a lot of work around solutions because of the uneven adobe walls. But the tilers, plasterers and flooring guys did an exceptional and beautiful job and it all fell into place nicely. There were minor delays in the project timeline mainly because of the custom nature of the project, but the delays weren't too significant to affect my overall satisfaction. Greg always made sure to keep me well informed of the situation and progress. He and the other workers also always went above and beyond to make sure things were done well and the way that I wanted them. All the members of the Barnes Builders team seem to take a lot of pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final results."
