"It went extremely well. Steve was out to my home in 30 minutes and explained what he was doing through the whole process. They used several procedures to find the leak location and then drilled 3 very small holes in the slab to pinpoint the exact location. He said if the the leak is under tile they can usually drill through the grout. That made me feel so much better as I didn't want holes all over my house. It went very well and I will certainly use them again. Called the plumbers and it was exactly where he said it was and my leak is now fixed."

He pointed out some issues with the pipes under the sink and with the installation of the current disposal. I had been suspicious about this and agreed with his assessment.
