"Our outside faucet was damaged and needed replacement. Adam and his partner arrived promptly and provided a very reasonable estimate to replace the faucet. They kept us informed every step of the way, were quick and efficient with the repairs and left the workplace spotless. We chose The Pipe Doctor because they are a locally owned company with a spotless service record. We were completely satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use them again."

"Called around 2pm to see when they could come look at a noise in our pipes and they were at my house the next morning. Within 20 minutes he had figured out that the mystery thump we had been hearing for weeks was in fact the pressure regulator going bad. 20 minutes later it was fixed and we have had no issues since. I even got an angies list discount! We had originally been working with another company to get the problem resolved but they were unable to diagnose it. plus it took two attempts to get someone from that other company out to our house. I'm so glad we found JCT they will be getting all of our business in the future. Price was very fair and the work was well done. I only wish we would have found them sooner, just had our water heater replaced this past summer and we paid a lot more than we would have if we had used JCT.

"I contacted Mr. Jackson and he promptly responded to my residence to assess the condition of my old water heater that stopped working. Mr. Jackson took the time to explain to me in detail, my options to repair my current water heater or purchase a new water heater. I decided to replace my old water heater with a professional grade water heater Mr. Jackson had recommended. Mr. Jackson procured my new water heater on Columbus Day and installed it the same day in compliance with local codes for water heaters. Mr. Jackson followed up with me via telephone to make sure my new water heater was functioning to my satisfaction. My response was indeed it is! Mr. Jackson was a true professional and took his time to ensure my installation was performed correctly, a job well done."

"We've used My Plumbing Heroes for multiple jobs both at home and for our business. Complexity of each of the jobs varied from overflow tanks, pressure valve, leaks, fixture replacements, and even a couple after-hours emergency jobs. Each project was completed with exceptionally high professionalism, great communication, very reasonable pricing, and exceptional clean-up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"First I would like to say I would NOT HESITATE to hire Miracle Method Surface Restoration from Kensington, MD again. The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. Like I said in the beginning, I would gladly hire and recommend this company. Just be sure to confirm appointments."

"Ahmed is a wonderful, experienced and attentive plumbing genius. When he sees a job that he feels the homeowner can do very easily without him, he shows the homeowner precisely how to do it, going as far as to remove fixtures to show how it is done, thus saving the homeowner money and proving that Ahmed is both credible and honest. I will DEFINITELY hire him again for my next plumbing job."

"Pablo arrived a little later than the appointment time, but he was polite and professional, and still completed the project on time. The tub looks amazing, the caulk is perfect. There is some residue left on the bronze piping that I can't wash off yet without damaging the glaze. I'm hoping it's easy to clean up. He did put up a protective sheet to protect the house, it probably would have been worthwhile if he also covered the shower hardware. I wasn't expecting the exhaust tube to run through the house to the front door, but he said the bathroom window was too close. It made sense when I saw the equipment, it was just unexpected. He laid down a cloth to protect the wood floors. All in all, good service, good price, and I would hire again."

"I had an excellent experience with this firm that I discovered on Angi. Salvador communicated promply (by text) and arrived promptly. I had initially suspected it was the kitchen sink's drain pipe that was leaking out of sight behind a plywood panel and the leak entered the garage ceiling. He inspected the problem and immediately went to work to find the source of the leak, which turned out to be the dishwasher leaking on to the floor. He could have performed unnecessary work but instead he said to not waste money on unencessary repairs since it would be best to replace a dishwasher with this problem. He was quick, professional, courteous and thorough. I am very impressed. I will definitely use Metropolitan Repairs in the future and specifically ask for Salvador who displayed professionalism and integrity."

"Lee from 7247 Plumbing is an amazing plumber. I have used him for larger jobs like replacing my hot water heater to smaller jobs like replacing faucets and clearing drains. He pays attention to detail, offers fair pricing and is super reliable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber."
