The next day they arrived at 7 a.m. with 2 full crews to remove our old shingles and install the replacements. Every member of this remarkable crew was polite, professional, safety conscious, and focused. Seemingly indefatigable, they only broke for lunch and never stopped again until 8:45 p.m. They all were well-trained in their roles and anticipated the needs of their work mates. Upon completion, their cleanup operation left our property in pristine condition. "Michael (Misha) of HER, foreman of a team of five done a fantastic job replacing the entire noth-east roof slope of our house, repairing a leaking chimney, and replacing 6 very old skylights. Misha has excellent management skills and communication skills - his team worked with full safety being tied to the roof—very comfortable for us and for HRE managers! The team spent a full day and finished with the clean surface (see attached photo) and clean yard. "Better Construction Service In late fall I had Fredi and crew replace an old metal roof with new shingles, as well as replacing a small section of moulding on the eves of another roof. He gave me a detailed estimate in the summer and told me that it would take one day to do all of the work. He arrived early on the scheduled date with a big crew who worked busily the entire day. They encountered some wood that needed to be replaced while shingling the roof and did so with minimal addition to the cost and still completed all of the work on that one cold day. Fredi kept me informed of the additions as they came up. Everyone was polite and pleasant and seemed to laugh with each other throughout the day. They left quietly after cleaning the debris thoroughly. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"Paul gave me a very detailed estimate and explained the difference between all of the materials he works with, never trying to push me towards the more expensive ones. I have a Victorian house with different roof pitches, a turret and a wraparound porch. Also a garage with a carport and they replaced the roof on everything. He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough.
