"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"The Water Heater Guys were awesome! You could see they really care about their customers. They came in and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new hot water. They made sure and got everything taken care of for us and had our new hot water heater installed right away. They went above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend them!!"

"Super competent, efficient repair/replacement of my master bath water fixture. Friendly, punctual, professional. I will use them again. My only issue was I thought the repair was very pricey. Next time I will negotiate. ;-)"

"Fixed leak and installed new water heater! Affordable and pleasant."

"Alex did a fine job removing and installing a hot water heater. I like his demeanor."

"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. I checked with three big box stores, and although they were slightly less expensive, it was clear they would give their installers, whom I had no idea of, full responsibility. I decided that long term, it was best to go with a company that would give me long-term support. Thanks again, Ben Franklin team. Darrell"
