"Excellent response. Ernie scheduled the initial visit the day after I called him. He arrived at the scheduled time. He spent significant extra time "priming the pool pump" so it would circulate water thru the pool. He then checked the amperage load with each pump and the spa areator separately and with both pumps and the areator running simultaneously. He found that with all devices running at the same time required 19 amps and the breaker was rated only 20 amps. This could see the breaker thrown if the timing of events happened in in a certain sequence, especially when starting devices or in cold weather. The existing wiring gauge can only handle 20 amps so the only fix to my problem is to replace it with a larger size wire that will handle 30 amps and replace the 20 amp breaker with a 30 amp breaker. He provided an estimate for that task that was very reasonable. All in all, he was very helpful and understanding especially in consideration of the extra unanticipated work he had to do to get the water circulating so he could diagnose the problem."
